The first and only director of BNC, Ann has led the organization's efforts to support neighborhood revitalization and transit-centered community development within Baltimore. Ann provides overall management for BNC and support for BNC's program activities. Her background includes over 30 years of experience in planning, grassroots organizing, coalition-building, public policy, and non-profit management. She has a BA from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota and an MSW from the University of Maryland, School of Social Work.

As BNC staff, Meredith leads coordination of the Baltimore Homeownership Preservation Coalition - a coalition of stakeholders committed to preventing or mitigating the effects of foreclosure on Baltimore City families and neighborhoods. Meredith also assists BNC's Director with grants management, in addition to producing BNC's e-newsletter and maintaining the organization's website. Meredith has a BA from Juniata College in Pennsylvania and an MPA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
